Air Quality Index (AQI) Basics
The U.S. Air Quality Index (AQI) is EPA’s index for reporting air quality. The index runs from 0 to 500; the higher the AQI value, the greater the level of air pollution and the greater the health concern. For example, an AQI value of 50 or below represents good air quality, while an AQI value over 300 represents hazardous air quality.
The AQI is divided into six categories. Each category corresponds to a different level of health concern. Each category also has a specific color, enabling people to quickly determine whether air quality is reaching unhealthy levels in their communities.

Sadly, it’s not that easy anymore to find truthful information. (Matt. 24:9). Revelation 2:10: Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will ·suffer [be persecuted/afflicted] for ten days [perhaps a symbolic number meaning a significant and definite time]. But be faithful, even if you have to die, and I will give you the ·crown [a wreath worn to indicate high status or as a reward] of life. What does "woke" mean?
Definition of "Woke" from Merriam Webster Dictionary:
"Aware of and actively attentive to important societal facts and issues (especially issues of racial and social justice)”
My usage of the term (being a conservative-leaning, Republican-voting Moderate/Independent): Individuals and groups pushing their progressive, liberal, and/or immoral values and agenda via activism and/or division.
Some examples of “wokeism” in our current society: LGBTQIA+; “racism” (including reparations for past slave ownership); DEI; ESG; “Cancel Culture” (rewriting history, destroying statues, renaming buildings and roads, etc.); “climate change”; censorship, etc. Examples abound in the current news; most government agencies, large corporations, and Big Tech have gone this route. The US is not alone in this mindset, either. Look at the UK, Australia, Canada, and other many other countries.
What are some techniques used? Diversion (e.g., “trans-movement”, TikTok), for one. Another is the concept of the “common good,” as in giving up individual rights for the benefit of the collective. Fear would be a third. For example, “climate change” threatens humanity with all sorts of bad weather (they can’t make up their mind if it’s getting warmer or cooler!)

Yet another tenet of “woke” mentality, try searching Google for this one; they are all promoting it now, as with “climate change.”
Here is the truth: This gender confusion is a SIN against God’s plan for the family (God created male & female). Please understand that it’s common for women to have male personality traits (such as myself) and interests; the same goes for men (they may like feminine things such as fashion, work as a nurse, etc.) They remain their birth sex (gender).

Here is another topic for today’s global society—censorship. If you doubt this, just look up “climate change” on Google browser. You will find most every result to be in favor of this “hoax” perpetrated on us by the elite. A “climate change denial” search on Google turns up an Orwellian assortment of bullying towards we who understand there is no climate emergency, especially of the magnitude they purport.
As another example, read on the FDA’s site “Help Stop the Spread of Misinformation” https://www.fda.gov/ where they dispel many health “myths” and prompt us to become social media censors as well. I can tell you one outright lie the FDA perpetrated during COVID: denying that Ivermectin is actually a life-saving, safe drug. It could have been used to save thousands of lives; however, the far-left decided to cover it up, along with HCQ (another helpful COVID resource, which I took this past January for COVID). It’s low-cost and of course, they needed to push their dangerous pharmaceuticals and vaccines. I am not “anti-vax” per se; however, we need to do our research. Both Ivermectin and HCQ are anti-malarial drugs. As you’ve probably read, Malaria is making a comeback in our southern states, courtesy of open borders.

The Chinese Communist Party Global Threat:
No doubt if you read the news on a regular basis, you’ve been exposed to many of the sneaky ploys CCP China uses to steal our data and technology, and otherwise ensure they rise to the number one global power.
Some methods utilized are TikTok (about half of Americans use this app!); purchasing American land, companies, and more; employing spies in American companies; infringing on neighboring countries (i.e., India, the South Pacific); threatening Taiwan (Hong Kong has already been taken); setting up surveillance cameras in other countries; One Belt One Road Program; constructing new coal power plants while the elite push “climate change” control on the rest of us; live organ harvesting of Falun Gong adherents, Ughyer Muslims, and other religious sects; cyber hacking attacks, and more.
You also are aware that the COVID Pandemic originated from the Wuhan Lab back in late 2019 (this is not the first plague to originate from China, either). The CCP are chronic liars, lying to their people and to the rest of us about everything. Please note that this is NOT about the Chinese people, who are merely hapless victims of this evil totalitarian regime.

Life Balance is a principle worth basing our lives around. Moderation in all things prevents obsessions, addictions, and other harmful emotions and behaviors. My website features these four elements (Spiritual, Physical, Mental, and Social/Emotional.
At the center is God/Jesus/Holy Spirit (the Trinity). All other aspects of life revolve around this relationship. My (life-goal) book “A Balanced Life" will be based on Luke 2:52, and will encompass these four areas of life. And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man. (NIV)

1. We admitted we were powerless over our (addictions), that our lives had become unmanageable.

2. We came to believe that GOD could restore us to sanity.

Some Biblical ways to reduce stress:
- Eliminate hurry.
- Evaluate and set realistic expectations.
- Be merciful - love your enemies and do good to them. Forgive them without vengeance, which is God's.
- Admit mistakes & imperfections - Upon erring, admit it without excuses and without blaming others. Tell the truth.
- Get right with God - “Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.” (James 4:7-8)
- Know what triggers your anger - HALT stands for hungry, angry, lonely, or tired. Remember this acronym to discover if your physical experience is triggering anger.
- Take care of yourself - Benefit from good nutrition, exercise, sunshine, sleep, etc. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
- Trust God & His sovereignty - Let the Lord be in control. The Gospel Coalition says about God’s sovereignty: “The major components of God’s lordship are his control, authority, and covenantal presence.” In this we can face adversity, challenges, and an uncertain future.
- Learn to say no - Don't let guilt drive your decisions; practice saying "no" to reduce stress in your life.
- Pray about everything - “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:6-7)
