Tips for Warding off Impending Illness
At first signs of not feeling well, this is what I take/do:

- Vitamin C (500 or 1000 mg), D3, K2, Magnesium & Zinc
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Green or Black Tea
- Cinnamon & Honey - great for stuffy or runny nose and/or cough
- Nutritional Yeast
- Turmeric & Black Pepper
- Go to bed early and get some extra sleep
- Drink extra water
